Meet Meagan Anderson

 

Meagan Anderson delivers corporate transactional advice, with a focus on corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and preparing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements. Meet Cooper Tollen

 

Cooper Tollen focuses on trademarks, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. He has experience working with a broad variety of businesses, including in the food & beverage, technology, apparel, cosmetics, and restaurant industries.
