Meet Trevor Crow

Trevor Crow is a trusted legal advisor to business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors navigating complex business transactions. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic deal structuring, with a particular emphasis on middle-market transactions. Trevor advises clients across a broad range of industries, from founder-led startups and family-owned businesses to investor-backed growth companies.

With both a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation, Trevor brings a unique combination of legal and tax expertise to every engagement. His ability to integrate tax strategy into transaction planning helps clients maximize value, reduce risk, and achieve more favorable outcomes. This perspective is especially valuable in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and business restructurings.

Trevor’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, joint ventures, entity formation and restructuring, equity compensation planning, and outside general counsel services. He is known for providing practical, business-focused advice and translating complex legal and tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

Before co-founding Doida Crow Legal, Trevor founded and led Crow Legal, where he served as a strategic advisor to Colorado businesses and investors. In 2021, he partnered with Stan Doida to establish Doida Crow Legal, a boutique corporate law firm dedicated to delivering sophisticated transactional counsel with a highly personalized approach.

Today, Trevor advises clients on transactions typically ranging from $5 million to $100 million in value. He works closely with business owners and their advisors to align legal strategy with broader objectives, including growth, succession planning, and wealth preservation. His commitment to responsiveness, precision, and client success has made him a valued partner throughout the deal lifecycle.
