Cooper Tollen serves entrepreneurs by providing pragmatic legal advice, with a focus on trademarks, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. He has experience working with a broad variety of businesses, including in the food & beverage, technology, apparel, cosmetics, and restaurant industries.
Cooper values building strong relationships and working together with clients to achieve their goals. He developed his passion for helping others as a student attorney in the Technology Law and Policy Clinic at the University of Colorado Law School.
