Meet Meagan Anderson

Meagan Anderson assists entrepreneurs in achieving their strategic goals by delivering corporate transactional advice, with a focus on corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, and preparing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements. She counsels businesses from a wide range of industries including food & beverage, technology, and real estate.

Meagan grew up in an entrepreneurial environment and has enjoyed the hard work and fulfillment found in working for small businesses. Meagan discovered her passion for offering legal advice to entrepreneurs while volunteering as a student attorney with the Commons on Champa CO. Starters Program.
