Vaughn is a Partner at Doida Crow Legal, where he has spent over a decade advising businesses, founders, and investors on complex corporate legal matters. With a strategic, big-picture approach, Vaughn delivers practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs. His background, which includes both a J.D. and an M.B.A., enables him to bridge legal and business considerations seamlessly.
Vaughn’s practice spans corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, private equity fund formation, and general transactional matters. He represents a diverse client base, including real estate development sponsors, fund managers, independent sponsors, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and publicly traded companies. Whether guiding startups through formation and early-stage financing, structuring investment funds, or managing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, he provides strategic counsel on deals ranging from several hundred thousand to hundreds of millions of dollars.
His industry experience is equally broad, covering sectors such as telecom, construction services, manufacturing, professional services, IoT, SaaS, real estate development, consumer products, equipment sales and leasing, food production and distribution, and hospitality.
Before joining Doida Crow Legal, Vaughn served as in-house counsel at a private equity firm in the Denver metro area, where he collaborated closely with firm leadership and portfolio companies on a wide range of domestic and international transactions.
