Two Denver Merger & Acquisition Law Firms Combine Forces To Meet Exponential Client Growth
Denver, CO (February 1, 2021) – Doida Law Group and Crow Legal are pleased to announce a merger, effective February 1, 2021. The new firm, Doida Crow Legal, LLC, co-founded by Stan Doida and Trevor Crow, combines the skills and expertise of two highly respected and trusted business attorneys (and their teams) specializing in corporate law. The firm’s areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and securities compliance, tax law, contract negotiations, and general counsel services.
This merger paves the way for a continued record of success and creates a powerhouse of like-minded business attorneys dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs as they grow, finance, and buy and sell businesses. Both Doida and Crow have a shared vision of the future of legal services, which is centered around improving the attorney-client relationship.

Doida Crow Legal consists of six attorneys, including Stan Doida, Trevor Crow, Vaughn Marshall, Fay Matsukage, Tariq Adawi, and Nicholas Kehr, and will retain its full administrative and operations staff. The firm is based in the Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village and has a satellite office downtown Denver.
