Co-founded by Stan Doida and Trevor Crow, the firm was formed to meet growing client demand for sophisticated, business-focused legal counsel—and five years later, that vision has translated into sustained growth and lasting client partnerships.
The 2021 merger combined two highly respected Denver-based corporate law firms, uniting experienced teams with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising and securities compliance, tax law, contract negotiations, and general counsel services. Since then, Doida Crow Legal has continued to strengthen its position as a trusted legal partner to entrepreneurs, investors, and growing companies across Colorado and beyond.

Trevor Crow has been selected to the Colorado Super Lawyers® list from 2020 through 2026 following recognition as a Rising Star and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, teaching Taxation of Business Entities.
