Denver, CO (January 1, 2022) – Doida Crow Legal is pleased to announce Vaughn Marshall as the firm’s newest partner. Mr. Marshall has been with the firm since 2015 and has gained extensive experience counseling clients through mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial finance, and general transactional matters.

Due to a diverse background, including both a J.D. and an M.B.A., Mr. Marshall helps clients navigate complex issues while keeping sight of the big picture. He has substantial knowledge in corporate transactions, particularly mergers, asset sales, and stock sales. He serves a wide variety of clients in the telecom, manufacturing, legal cannabis, SaaS, and restaurant industries.

Prior to joining Doida Crow Legal, Mr. Marshall was in-house counsel at an established private equity firm in the Denver metro area where he worked closely with the firm’s management and portfolio companies on a wide range of transactions both across the country and internationally. He holds a J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, received his M.B.A. from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and has a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Oklahoma.
