Meet Sarah Keller
Sarah Keller’s goal is to help entrepreneurs achieve success by helping them solve complex business and legal issues. Sarah’s practice areas include entity formation, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, trademark, as well as general transactional and corporate matters.
Sarah’s passion for entrepreneurial law began after receiving her B.B.A. from Baylor University for Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Her passion grew even more as she attended the University of Colorado Law School where she was actively involved with the Silicon Flatirons Center and the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Sarah enjoyed various roles during law school including the Managing Director of Silicon Flatirons’ Startup Summer Program and President of the Barristers’ Council Transactional Division. In 2021, Sarah received the George Bermant Award for Best Student Work in Corporate Law.
