Meet Sarah Keller
Sarah Keller is an Associate at Doida Crow Legal, where she advises entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders on corporate transactions and strategic legal matters. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, entity formation and structuring, and commercial agreements. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with practical, business-focused guidance.
Sarah supports clients through all stages of growth, from startup formation and fundraising to acquisitions and other transformative transactions. She plays an active role in middle-market M&A deals, assisting with due diligence, transaction documentation, negotiations, and deal execution across a variety of industries. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Sarah helps clients move transactions forward efficiently while protecting their long-term interests.
Her passion for serving entrepreneurs is grounded in both academic and real-world experience. Sarah earned her B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Baylor University before attending the University of Colorado Law School, where she concentrated on entrepreneurial and transactional law. During law school, she served as Managing Director of the Silicon Flatirons Startup Summer Program and President of the Barristers’ Council Transactional Division. She was also recognized with the George Bermant Award for Best Student Work in Corporate Law.
