Kerri Nexon is a Corporate Paralegal at Doida Crow Legal, where she supports attorneys and clients across a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. She assists with entity formations, corporate governance and filings, legal research, document management, and client communications, helping ensure matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

Known for her attention to detail and client-focused approach, Kerri plays an important role in delivering a seamless client experience and supporting the firm’s commitment to responsive, high-quality service. She works closely with attorneys and clients to manage administrative and legal processes that keep transactions and business matters moving forward.

Kerri brings more than eight years of legal industry experience and is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Colorado.
