Director of Marketing & Business Development

Jenny Gerrett serves as Director of Marketing & Business Development at Doida Crow Legal, where she leads the firm’s marketing, business development, client engagement, and brand strategy initiatives. As a member of the Firm’s Leadership Team, she helps drive the firm’s growth, market positioning, and overall client experience.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing operations, business development, and reputation management, Jenny develops and executes strategies that strengthen client relationships, elevate brand visibility, and support the firm’s long-term objectives. She oversees communications, digital marketing, client intake and engagement, events, thought leadership, and business development programs.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-oriented approach, Jenny is passionate about creating meaningful client experiences, building strong relationships, and fostering an authentic firm culture. Her expertise includes business development strategy, marketing operations, client retention, brand management, public relations, digital media, event planning, proposal development, and expert positioning.

Before joining the legal industry, Jenny held marketing leadership roles in commercial real estate, hospitality, and advertising, bringing a broad perspective on client service, relationship-building, and strategic growth across professional services organizations.
